WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?

Everything. You pay one flat rate – no extra charges for electricity or gas. We provide linen and towels, as well, so guests need not bring anything other than themselves!

A security deposit is required upon arrival – credit card or cash.

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Guests can check-in starting at 15:00, although early check-in may be possible if the apartment was vacant on the previous night. If you happen to arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready, you can leave your bags in our office. Then you can either pick your luggage up later, or we can deliver it to your apartment at an agreed-upon time.

IS BREAKFAST PROVIDED?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide guests with breakfast. Our apartments all come with fully equipped kitchens and are located in areas rich in restaurants and cafés.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING?

Since the vast majority of our apartments are located in old, historic buildings, very few of them are fitted with elevators. If you are unable to climb stairs, we can find a ground floor or first floor apartment for you.

IS MY APARTMENT IN A CENTRAL LOCATION?

Yes, all our apartments are located in the city center.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

You can bring pets if you are booking an apartment, however, there is an extra fee. It’s not allowed to bring pets to our hotels.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT?

Studio apartments: 2-4

One-bedroom apartments: 4-6

Two-bedroom apartments: 4-9

Large apartments: 6-12

CAN YOU BRING US TO THE APARTMENT?

We offer an excellent transport service from the airport. It costs 600 CZK (24 EUR) for up to four people. If need be, we can offer a similar service from the bus or train stations, in which case the price will be 400 CZK (16 EUR.)

HOW DO I PAY?

Guests pay by credit card (VISA, EC/MC) or cash upon arrival. We can also accept payment by bank transfer, if arranged upon in advance.

HOW CAN I CHECK IN?

Check in after 15:00. We try to get the apartments ready for you as quickly as possible although on busy days the cleaners may be still there if you arrive early. You can leave your bags in our office if you arrive in the morning and your apartment is not ready. You can either come to our office and then go to the apartment or phone us and arrange a time to meet at your apartment door. Please note that we ask for a little fee for the key delivery

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

It’s easy – just use our convenient online booking form. Alternately, you may also reserve your flat via e-mail, phone, or fax. You will be asked for a credit card number in order to secure your reservation.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.

Under extremely rare conditions, we reserve the right to change the reserved apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

– Bookings for 1-3 nights

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 1 night charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge

– Bookings for 4-7 nights

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay
(minimum is 3 nights)

– Bookings for more than 7 nights

Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: 3 nights charge
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 7 nights charge

– Bookings for 1 month and more

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 14 to 5 days before arrival: 7 nights charge
No show or cancellation 5 – 0 days before arrival: 14 nights charge.

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
