  • Czech Pubs – the rules

    There are several important differences between getting drunk in a British pub and achieving this higher state in the Czech equivalent. The most important difference is that pubs don’t close so early, in fact most places have a closing time sometime in the morning, but are happy to stay open as long as people are drinking, and hence they are making money. Also, and this is very important, if you get to the pub early, say around 7ish don’t be too surprised to find it quite quiet. People go out later in Prague, and stay out later as well. ...read more
