Disneyland Paris Annual Passholder Plan Protests Parks Reservation System

Holders of the Disneyland Paris Annual Pass, tired of the park reservation system, organized a demonstration scheduled for Saturday, October 22.

The demonstration, organized “Les Oreilles Jaunes”, asks guests to wear yellow Mickey ears (or any other yellow clothing) and meet in front of the Disneyland hotel at 2 p.m. local time. Organizers are asking protesters to remain peaceful and respectful while expressing their displeasure. As of this writing, 162 people have registered as “participants”, and 1,500 people have expressed interest in the event.

Disneyland Paris adopted the system from July 2020, when the parks reopened after their COVID-19 closure. In June 2021, annual pass holders were limited to holding only three park reservations at a time. Last June, a waiting list was created for annual pass holders who were unable to obtain a reservation on the desired day.
